Quality is of prime importance to us.  We take at heart to stand by the excellence of our boards for all of our costumers. See below for more details.


The warranty starts on the day that the board is purchased, which is identified on the purchase receipt. If sold second hand the warranty is not transferable. If within the Warranty period the product becomes defective, you will need to contact MiniFit SUP’s/Écho Aloha’s support team. First step will be to write us an e-mail at, with a description of what the defect is. Within your message join in any supportive pictures or/and videos to illustrate the defect, as well as a copy of your sales receipt, pictures of packaging material, to verify if the defect was caused by shipping. Our support team will carefully review the information to determine if the product is defective and what course of action to take. If the product is considered defective, the board should be returned to the point of purchase. Once in place it will be reviewed again and a final decision will be made. If considered defective we will give you a replacement product (model depends on availability).

The Warranty does not cover products that have been damaged or broken from normal wear and tear of board usage including but not limited to;

  • misuse or abuse of the product,
  • dropping/accidents,
  • damage incurred by waves,
  • bumping against sharp or hot objects,
  • falling onto board,
  • excessive exposure to sunlight or intense heat,
  • unauthorized modification or repairs,
  • improper handling, storage, maintenance or care,
  • incorrect set-up,
  • use in commercial, rental or teaching environments, or
  • any other irresponsible use.

Since our boards are made by human beings, there may be some variation in looks and colors, minor cosmetic flaws that don’t have any impact on performance and functionality of the board are not covered by the warranty.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Écho Aloha BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE including, without limitation, loss to property other than this product, loss of use of said product, or other property or economic losses. Écho Aloha shall not be liable for contribution or indemnification, whatever the cause may be.
